| If you haven't already contacted Sears customer service you might want to. I was wondering why the charge hadn't come off of my card yet after a week so I emailed customer service. Below is the response I got. Dear Mr. Koelle, Thank you for contacting Sears.com regarding order number 27735918. We appreciate your consideration of Sears for your shopping needs. We have checked your order and found that it is still processing and no items have been canceled. The correct charge for this item should have been $152.99. We will ask our order specialists to cancel the order. We apologize for the error with order. We will refund your account within approximately three to five days after we have cancelled the order. So if you might want to contact them and make sure the order was cancelled.
